Snel is a communications officer and external relations liaison for the department of civil and mineral engineering at U of T. An award-winning photojournalist, he has previously worked at the Canadian Press, Maclean's and the National Post. In his spare time volunteers for humanitarian aid efforts, and he’s proud to have carried the Olympic Torch for Canada.
